THE POSITIVE THING IS OVERALL STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF OUR HOME BUT OTHERWISE ITS BEEN STRESSFUL AT PRE-CONTRUCTION STAGE AND HANDOVER, WHICH IMPACTS GREATLY ON OVERALL SATISFACTION. HAVING SAID THAT SOME PEOPLE WERE REALLY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DID FOR US, BUT IN THE SCOPE OF THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICES UNLESS ITS IMPROVED WITH REGARDS TO THE ISSUES WE HIGHLIGHTED

We have been through two Construction Consultants. The first one was not keeping up with the progress of the house and often delay in providing the fortnightly feedback to us. The second consultant has been doing a good job in liaising with the Site Supervisor and keep us up to date, and escalate to the correct person to resolve issues.

The final inspection was good because this is our third inspection and the Construction Manager offered to fast track and resolve the outstanding issues from the first two inspections.

Prestart was very sub par. A lot of variations were not transferred onto the building plans. After that stage we were happy with all service. _______ was accommodating with any issues we had and majority of these were resolved. _______ was fantastic with getting back to us with any enquiries and always followed up with a phone call to make sure we were happy.
