was extremely helpful once she understood the situation and worked to rectify quickly

sometimes was frustrating constantly having to go through reception and not having frequent contact with construction staff

while we have still taken early hand over, still some dirt on benches and rubbish on floors. not all rubbish removed from front and back yard.

the end of build has been a horrible experience. Aveiling did what they could to rectify it but was honestly too late.

because i had a change of supervisor at the house and wasnt kept in the loop which was very disappointing. the new one once he started has been excellent. I also had a change of liaison person and was not informed that the first was leaving. [_____] has been great.

The Admin process was extremely less than desirable with timeframes blown and the same excuses used at each stage. however since moving to construction [_____] and [_____] have restored our faith and increased the rating.
