The overall experience was satisfying. The consultant was extremely responsive to our queries and helped all through.

The overall quality looks excellent. The fittings look great and we are very happy with it all. The pre-start consultant, design consultant were all great. The supervisor was also good.   Just one comment there. When you are shown your house during the last inspection if it does not look great to the supervisors eye the work needs to be finished before calling in the customer. A mammoth effort spent by the supervisor would have gone even better had a couple of touch ups to the exterior paint was done. However all said very happy with everything.

Seamless experience, if I build again it will definitely be with Aveling!

not as clean as id expect to say the cleaner has been there 4 or 5 times in the last few weeks.

we changed consultants midway through build and were saved by [_____]

We did not have good communication early and had a delayed prestart the consultant was changed and then we had delays early with initial construction consultant.

Site was still a little messy and internal required another clean

Would have been great to have had more suggestions by Sales person, and again through Prestart regards to design aspects.
