Timeliness became a bit of an issue and some of the quality of workmanship was initially not up to standard, but overall we’re quite happy with the how the home has turned out.

if some of the issues above were dealt with early rather than later our experience would have been better. Also the additional site works charges after submission to bank for mortgage advising us that the garage had to be sunk due to incline of driveway. Our neighbours driveway is much steeper and passed council.
