This has been dealt with in such a professional manner. Previous site manager would have only been 9 out of 10, but _______ is 10 out of 10. Everyone at the office has been brilliant as well. Always kept me up to date and responded to any of my queries very quickly. Extremely happy.

Thanks Aveling! From start to finish we found all the staff from sales, prestart, construction consultant and site manager very helpful. We built our last home 20 years ago so was very different this time but we are very happy with everything especially as completed in 5 months. We are so happy with our new home would definitely recommend Aveling.

I would recommend if they have no restricted time frame.

The house itself appears to be built well. It took longer than we were quoted, even towards the end of building. We had 3 different construction supervisors, & while this is partly out of Aveling’s control, the communications about the delays this caused non existent
