_______ did a amazing job in getting issues resolved and is on the ball and does it all in a kind friendly manner. the receptionists are lovely and are always friendly, but after todays handover inspection i was extremely disappointed and disheartened by the way _______ spoke and treated me.

The experience overall was very smooth and we are appreciative of the work and professionalism provided by most of the staff at Aveling Homes. Of particular mention were _______, _______, _______, and _______. We are very much looking forward to settling into our new home, given the positive experience we had.

Again. We are extremely happy with the service provided by our sales man _______. The process after this felt very messy. We were assigned a pre-start lady that was ‘leaving’ and we felt she tried to rush a lot of our decisions and gave no guidance which we wanted as this was our first home. We then had many issues with our tile selection which I am not sure if this stemmed from the tile company or the construction consultant. This issue also took far too long to be rectified and I had to chase up for it to be done. We are aware that there will always be some issues with the build as not every trade is perfect but felt some of the trades were just a bit lazy which caused these issues. When doing our pre-handover we would have hoped our Site Manager would be a perfectionist but we felt he glossed over these items to ‘have the house done, tick off the list’. Finally after meeting the stand in supervisor today, he was approachable and nice to deal with. We feel good that these items are going to be rectified and haven’t been forgotten or passed along, but I can’t judge much further until then.

Construction was done in timely manner. All the consultants (including site manager) were helpful considering this is my first home.

They were very quick and were very organised. Everything went smoothly and explained everything in an easy manner.

Very friendly and professional service from the sales rep _______ to _______ our site manager and _______ the construction consultant. House was built to a high standard and very minor issues were addressed quickly and efficiently. Definitely would recommend Aveling Homes to all of our contacts. Thanks for our new home!
