Happy with the final result. Disappointed with delays and issues I believe I should have been made aware as soon as they came up, not being communicated in a timely manner: -several thefts from site occurred which I wasn’t told about until months down the track -there was a period of roughly 5-6 weeks where nearly no progress was made at all -lock up stage was reached, house was insecure for about 3 weeks while a front door lock was on order.

Very professional and helpful with requests and queries. Prompt, informative timely replies. My only grievance would be the number of construction consultants I have dealt with and not knowing why they have changed. Overall, a real pleasure!

Helpful staff. Very responsive to emails and phone calls. Met the expected building time. Bad delay on contract preparation time and some expected extra expenses.
