Our building experience was a very good one from the outset. From _______ the sales consultant who was a pleasure to deal with and assisted us with her wealth of experience, _______ who made pre-start an enjoyable experience, _______ excellent service provided as Construction Consultant through to _______ the supervisor delivering us a top quality home we are extremely happy with. Also I would like to thank the Aveling Management who were very fair in dealing with the bath, tiling and kitchen cupboard issues that arose along the build journey. We considered several building companies prior to selecting Aveling Homes to build our dream home and you hear a lot of horror stories relating to various companies. I am happy to say we can certainly tell people we only have positive things to say about Aveling Homes. Our best way of saying thanks to Aveling Homes for such a great building experience is to tell people we would definitely build with Aveling again and will be recommending Aveling Homes to family and friends who will be building a new home. As I am new to this process I was informed by everyones horror stories about building. However in all honesty Aveling Homes and all its staff from sales, finance, pre start and construction have all been wonderful to deal with. Any questions or issues I had throughout the process were taken seriously and addressed immediately and professionally. At no time during this process did I feel like a fish out of water or unimportant or a number. You have very capable, friendly, warm and professional staff who have made my first home owning experience a pleasure instead of a nightmare. There was only a couple of hiccups along the way (initially when we were transferred between a couple of different people) however once we were allocated our current Building Consultant and Site Manager – they worked to get any problems sorted quickly and to our satisfaction. I can not say enough about _______ and _______ they went over and above for us and we are very satisfied with their hard work.
