Enjoyed building with Aveling homes. From start to finish all staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable. Nothing was to much trouble. The contractors i met on site were very professional and pleasant to deal with. I have built 4 times now and i would have to say this was the best service i have encountered. Thank you for my new home.

From the starting point to the end, we are very satisfied of the service we received so far, Your flexibility and conflict resolution process are key strengths. Quality in all aspects of your services are great. However, I suggest you to improve communication between clients and staff as we experienced some gaps along the process. Ex: When the go to person is not available, it was difficult to reach the staff member’s immediate supervisor or the manager. I have left many messages for them but they never returned to those messages.

I will high light the best people to deal with at aveling: _______ -sales _______ – construction _______ -reception _______- handover stand in the rest of the staff need training and a lot of it!!!!!!

This is a team you could only dream of having to build your new home. We are both very happy with our overall finished product and level of service received from Aveling Homes.
