I found that when i had to change my bench tops because of the manufacturer changing their range wasn’t handled very well in terms of the explanation. I was just told to change them and not told about the issues with the manufacture. Would be better if pre-construction meeting was done before organising the mortgage to factor in any extra costs.

Site manager was excellent and we couldn’t have asked for better service. The build itself was excellent and we ran in to very few issues from start to finish. The only downside was the communication from the construction consultant and the inaccuracy of the information she relayed to us throughout construction.

Building with Aveling home has been great. All team members acted in a very professional manner.

Aside from a couple of issues during prestart regarding variations and an extended design period (which were all ironed out), i would have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Aveling homes. Our design consultant _______ and Prestart Consultant _______ were extremely helpful and provided great advice. We could not be happier with our Site Manager who was very accommodating and seemed to have a keen eye for any imperfections which he had rectified prior to us seeing them. In all a great experience and we are extremely happy with how our new home has turned out. Thank you.

LITTLE SLOW IN THE START PROCESS BUT EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE COMPLETE PROCESS OF BUILD AND THE HOUSE HAS COME UP BEAUTIFUL AND TO OUR EXPECTATIONS.
