Sales consultant _______ did a brilliant job of combining our budget & wishlist into a design that would work best for our block. Through pre-start to key handover any problems were quickly dealt with to our satisfaction. Having built three previous houses with different builders with varying levels of service, we were very pleased with the overall experience with Aveling Homes and we’re very happy with our new home.

As my sister and i built with you it was confusing at times as payments continously were mixed up. We also had to different consultants making it more confusing as one consultant would have differing opinions and advice on the same issue. I feel that in order to better your service more attention to pricing of items should be addressed as well as offering more inclusions as at the moment within the current market there are building companies offering more for the same price we paid but i have yet to see aveling match some of them.

Loved every minute of it. From our initial contact with _______ who happily spent hours drawing and redrawing plans. Then to pre-start with _______ who never lost her cheery disposition despite us changing things often. Then onto _______ who we ran through the grinder with changes and additions galore, and not once did we feel that we had put too much on her, she tirelessly saw to all our needs and answered all our questions as soon as she could which sometimes was a few minutes later. And finally onto _______ who delivered us materials and tradies without any delay. Many people have told us “If you have a good site manager, then you will have a good house.” Well, we have a good house and although it is a team effort, we thank _______ for overseeing the physical side of the house, and making sure that our house was treated not as a house, but as a home. If we ever build again, we WILL use Aveling Homes, as this was such a good experience, especially hearing such horror stories relating to other builders. We would be honoured to use the same team again. _______, _______, _______ and especially _______.
