VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY -GOOD COMMUNICATION -WERE PLEASED WITH THE REGULAR UPDATES ON PROPERTY AND WHAT WORK WAS BEING CARRIED OUT -ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT ON HOW TO CHOOSE MATERIALS AND COLOURS – OVERALL WE FOUND IT TO BE SMOOTH AND QUICK AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVELING HOMES

With the caveat that Sales and Construction are managed well however the PreStart process could be better. Examples include consistency between consultants both in their approach and their knowledge of general building practices/designs. It was difficult to get an electronic copy of the selections made during the pre-start meeting. All the information was entered on a spreadsheet however it was very difficult to get a record for us to review. Smoother handover from sales to pre-start as there were a few occasions we had to get our salesman involved to resolve queries based on earlier discussions.

From our Sales Consultant – _______, our Pre Start Consultant-Lisa _______, Construction Consultant-_______, and Site Manager- _______, we are really happy and would definitely build with Aveling again. It has been a wonderful experience and good to know that the horror stories we read in forums or different websites are not always true. We made the right choice choosing this builder to create our first home. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating.

Nice, smooth and great experience

Overall I am very happy. Things were done in a timely manner. I never once had a bad experience on any of my visits out to the property. The site manager and consultant were fantastic. The home was completed within 6 months which is fantastic because I have heard stories that other builders took about 12 to 18 months on other people’s homes. Thank you Aveling Homes for your professionalism and efficiency.
