We are very happy with [_____]. Some things which were pointed out during Pre-Hand Over were still incompleted. However, our Site Manager, [_____] was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We were initially disturbed with Pre-Start because the prices kept changing. Apart from that we are very happy.

We had a great experience with [_____]. He was very helpful and informative through the first part of the process. We weren’t happy with the overall attitude of our site manager [_____]. We found he had very little customer service skills at all and was quite rude at times. Admittedly, everything was rectified in the end however it seemed unwillingly on his behalf. Definitely needs to improve on his customer service skills, demeanour and attitude!
Site has not been kept in a very clean manner throughout the entire process. We’re not completely happy with the final site clean on the outside. No problems with the inside of the house
