[_____] was easily contactable and very easy professional to deal with. thanks [_____] was wonderful. you are very lucky to have him on your team. all the staff in the office we dealt with including [_____] were friendly professional and helpful. we were always made to feel welcome in the office, never left to wait, offered drinks etc.   reception staff went above and beyond for me during appointments in your office if i had to deal withmy own business matters. any complaint we had was dealt with promptly and efficiently all bar one, with a favourable outcome. it was a rocky start for sure, and just prior to the pad being poured we were searching for ways to get out of the contract, but the outcome has exceeded our expectations.

we were lucky enough to be living on site so were very much informed on the progress, however we still received regular emails and updates. upon closer inspection a lot of the paintwork done by averling has had to be sanded and re done, not quite the finish we like but we are very fussy.

for a standard off the plan build, yes we would recommend to a friend
