Although I appreciate the difficulty associated with estimating site costs I feel these could have been more accurate, especially when you consider the experience of the personnel providing these estimates.

Very difficult to get in contact with personnel at Aveling head office. In all honesty 70% of the time I wouldn’t be able to get through to my current contact and on a number of occasions my call was not returned. Service was quite good once talking directly with Aveling representative. Receptionists were fantastic and very polite. Site Manager was brilliant and accommodated all requests where possible.

Few minor finishing issues. However, these were addressed promptly
