too many issues with trades, supervisors (not _______ he is great 🙂 ) and receiving enough information, actioning issues. unfortunately for us, we had issues from day 1 with Aveling wanting us to sign contract with no working drawings, constant delays (weather permitting for some) but there was not 1 stage that went smoothly without anything happening. In a couple of years – Aveling Homed will get there 🙂

My garage door colour was botched up, it was so disappointing. I didn’t pursued it because I don’t want to loose any more time. Price should be little competitive to other builders.
