We have had two consultants throughout the build. The score is an average over the whole experience. [_____], who took over towards the end of build, we feel offered a high level of service.

A lot of the timelines we were given were very inaccurate, making it difficult for us forward plan. Beyond that, staff were polite and prompt.

Whilst we had issues with our own build we realise that this may not necessarily happen often. We would possibly recommend to others depending on the build type.

On putting forward the original design to Aveling we were told there would be no issues with what was requested. Much time passed before it was advised back to us that the design would not be accepted by the shire due to matters which had to be addressed in the first build at 20B. This was disappointing as the previous experience should have indicated whether or not it would be acceptable

The only thing was the length of time taken to do the brickwork which hd only 1 tradesman involved for an extended time. However the quality of the finished product was such that this turns into a minor point

Cleaning is still required. As I understand it the whole place was to be cleaned and I not sure that this has yet been attended to.

regular contact was great. minor touch ups missing door handle , locks, and final clean not up to standard. yes i would recommend Aveling homes

Consultant was great, we would have liked more up to date communications. Sometimes information given to us was a week or 2 behind what had already occurred.

The quality of the home from what we can see is fantastic. The people we dealt with over the process we all very helpful, particularly [_____]and [_____]. The downside was to do with the implications from our land being developed later than promised and us being charged extra. Overall we are very happy with the build and builders.
