Could not do that to my family and friends. The amount of stress and frustration that we went through with this build was astronomical. We were made to feel like we didnt have a say in what was happening with the build and at one stage were told to sit back and relax and let us build the house. Would never build with Aveling again and would actually not buy a house that was Aveling built.

Excellent experiences with receptionists (they are very friendly and effective, helpful). Site manager very nice but didnt seem to accomplish the tasks that needed to be completed. Time frames inconsistent, completed over 8 weeks over time and still not even done yet and will require days of tradespeople at the house. need to be honest about time frames. Communication needs to be better and people need to be accountable for the tradespeople they are using to ensure job done properly. This was our first experience building a home and not positive.

MISLEAD CLIENTS ALOT – DONT PROVIDE YOU WITH THE RIGHT INFORMATION, DONT KEEP UP TO THEIR PROMISES. OVERALL FEELING DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM UNFORTUNATELY
