Sales person was pushy and we felt like we were wasting his time when asking questions. We had to pay more because of a delay in a meeting from before April 1 2013 as he was on holidays. Issues with titles caused us to pay more even though we purchased a house and land package. Having to go through Intelligent Homes prior to pre start even though we clearly stipulated we didn’t wish to and having to pay a large sum for unwanted wiring.

Office – always helpful and friendly Supervisor, i had friends build at the same time as us and they had a lot more contact with their site supervisor. Direct contact was minimal.

our problem with discontinued roofing materials was an example of the frustrations caused. suppliers should have informed you the materials were no longer available thereby avoiding the 2 month delay.
feel more care should be taken by tradies, with tidy site to avoid litter blowing around the neighbourhood.
would recommend aveling to friends, yes, but inform them of issues we have had.
