Would recommend on the basis of cost and final product being good. Would explain administration process was poor in doing so.

The construction phase was excellent. Had no issues with the build timeframe. [_____] was an excellent supervisor and was very flexible in making additional arrangements.The quality of my house appears to be of a high standard. I would also like to thank [_____] for the discount on my siteworks as this had meant a lot in terms of my financial position as building my first home is quite expensive. However, the communication during the prestart phase needs to be improved.
