Sales designer explained me about price hold policy during signing the contract. He said to me that I will have to pay only 65% of price increase if construction can’t commence within 6 months from the contract date. Actually I was charged 75%. Team leader of pre-construction told me that Aveling has given me 75% discount. But actually I should be getting 65% of discount as per sales designer information provided to me during signing the contract. Sales designer never replied me about this issue. Actually sales designer put almost $2000 higher price in contract. Which I found during the price increase. As per six month price hold policy I had to pay price difference. I received the invoice for price increase from colour consultant _______. The price increase amount was less than contract price. This means price is reduced instead of increased. I informed Aveling about this matter and asked for list of items which effected with price increased. Aveling took 3-4 days to provide me this information. This indicates they were creating price increase sheet during those 3-4 days. At the end of the day Aveling said it was human error. _______ put incorrect contract amount. How could it be human error while amount match with cents. I believe colour consultant provided correct invoice for price increase but the contract price was raised by sales designer to make more commission during the signing. I strongly recommend not to go with _______ for your home. Ask some other sales designer in Aveling to design your home. _______ is very dishonest designer in Aveling Homes. I request Aveling Homes not to hire such person or Aveling will lose their business
