From the starting point to the end, we are very satisfied of the service we received so far, Your flexibility and conflict resolution process are key strengths. Quality in all aspects of your services are great. However, I suggest you to improve communication between clients and staff as we experienced some gaps along the process. Ex: When the go to person is not available, it was difficult to reach the staff member’s immediate supervisor or the manager. I have left many messages for them but they never returned to those messages.
