Good experience, as this is the first time we have built it is difficult to judge. Towards the end of process was a little difficult to get in contact with aveling, calls were not always returned within 24hrs. Pre-start process was a little confusing – not all of the information was provided in the first instance which led to changes post pre-start costing us more money. A break down of options and costing provided before prestart eg cost of kitchen draws, hobless shower would be helpful to make decisions before pre-start.
