I found the office staff professional and efficient. All surpassed my expectations. Once out to site, the turnover of Construction Managers was disappointing. We had 3 in 6 months. I found [_____] less than personalable, and not really forthcoming with solutions for our perceived issues. There was a willingness to do things/requested items, but nothing was offered or presented as a better alternative, or to be helpful

I was happy with the overall presentation, but the clean was completed on a Friday, and the keys were handed over on a Wednesday. I would have preferred a closer clean to handover.

Even with our issues, our unique experience with Aveling has left me feeling greatful for businesses with solutions for difficult problems.
