As I am new to this process I was informed by everyones horror stories about building. However in all honesty Aveling Homes and all its staff from sales, finance, pre start and construction have all been wonderful to deal with. Any questions or issues I had throughout the process were taken seriously and addressed immediately and professionally. At no time during this process did I feel like a fish out of water or unimportant or a number. You have very capable, friendly, warm and professional staff who have made my first home owning experience a pleasure instead of a nightmare.
