we changed consultants midway through build and were saved by [_____]

We did not have good communication early and had a delayed prestart the consultant was changed and then we had delays early with initial construction consultant.

Site was still a little messy and internal required another clean

Would have been great to have had more suggestions by Sales person, and again through Prestart regards to design aspects.
