With the caveat that Sales and Construction are managed well however the PreStart process could be better. Examples include consistency between consultants both in their approach and their knowledge of general building practices/designs. It was difficult to get an electronic copy of the selections made during the pre-start meeting. All the information was entered on a spreadsheet however it was very difficult to get a record for us to review. Smoother handover from sales to pre-start as there were a few occasions we had to get our salesman involved to resolve queries based on earlier discussions.
