Again. We are extremely happy with the service provided by our sales man _______. The process after this felt very messy. We were assigned a pre-start lady that was ‘leaving’ and we felt she tried to rush a lot of our decisions and gave no guidance which we wanted as this was our first home. We then had many issues with our tile selection which I am not sure if this stemmed from the tile company or the construction consultant. This issue also took far too long to be rectified and I had to chase up for it to be done. We are aware that there will always be some issues with the build as not every trade is perfect but felt some of the trades were just a bit lazy which caused these issues. When doing our pre-handover we would have hoped our Site Manager would be a perfectionist but we felt he glossed over these items to ‘have the house done, tick off the list’. Finally after meeting the stand in supervisor today, he was approachable and nice to deal with. We feel good that these items are going to be rectified and haven’t been forgotten or passed along, but I can’t judge much further until then.
