[_____] was my last liaison and was the best one we had, a lot more efficient and pro active. [_____] as the site supervisor was always informative, polite and considerate to our grievances at each time of meeting him. [_____] in pre start was lovely and so helpful, friendly. We had some problems and time wasted trying to have an air conditioning unit sourced which presented the first lot of customer service issues though. This took quite a bit of time and follow up calls, emails from us to get a result.
just felt like I had to forever follow up on things and keep leaving messages for people to call me back. Otherwise everyone was polite and friendly.
was just awaiting the final clean otherwise finished off beautifully.
The overall journey was stressful being a working mum to a toddler and pregnant again, both my partner and I working shift work and trying to keep on top of things, continually chasing things up or following up, however talking to others building with other companies they have had just as many hiccups, problems so as it was our first time it was fairly good. Now knowing a bit more about the industry and how it works I would just recommend slightly better customer service and up to date contact from liaison and less changes in staff keeps it more professional and personal.
