    It has been a wonderful experience building with Aveling. From our first meeting with _____ until handover, the whole process has exceeded our expectations. _________ was a pleasure to deal with, answering any questions we had and rectifying any problems promptly and professionally. Thank you_________ ???? ___ was an absolute legend and kept us in the loop all the way. He was thorough in his explanation of the building process and we knew he took pride in every house he delivered. A big thanks to ___ and all the tradies involved in the build ???? Superstars! The build was so fast and efficient we were blown away, and it ended being finished ahead of schedule, without any drop in quality. The standard of the house and fittings is top notch and we are super impressed by the finished result. We love it! A massive shout out to ______ ________, who has been invaluable throughout all of this as well. Absolute champion! Cheers______. We heard a lot of nightmare stories about builds going all wrong. Miscommunication, dodgy work and all sorts of other mishaps. This caused us a little anxiety before we started on this journey. Fortunately for us we chose Aveling to build with. A first home was a dream for us. Thank you to everyone at Aveling involved in this build for turning our dream into a reality. Absolutely stoked

    We were extremely satisfied with our construction phase, with any issues being addressed in a mutually beneficial manner. The pre start phase, although we were satisfied with the end result, we found it frustrating the slow turn around and the informal manner of some responses. This issue was brought up during a similar survey at the time, and we found it improved. During the pre start phase we also found it frustrating the lack of available coatings, which made the decisions difficult to finalise prior to the pre start meeting. If as part of the pre start online portal there was an indication of upgrade costs, this could have gone a lot smoother. The only other issue we would like to make comment of once again, was the lack of choices with regard to available window dressings. With all other items in pre start there was a broad selection across multiple suppliers, to allow excellent choice to suit what we wanted. All of the above being stated, we are overall very happy with the outcome and would happily build with Aveling Homes again when the time comes.

    Construction and trade work was of a high standard and the time line once construction started was efficient and timely. Site Manager was very efficient and kept the trades accountable as well as maintaining a clean site. Found the admin staff through the pre start and construction phase lacking in ability to give us a direct response/answer to any concerns. Despite verbal confirmation we were dissapointed with not being allocated stone benches through out and having to compromise on this expected standard. Also disappointed with the significant increase in site works costs 7 days prior to the pre start meeting as well as being requested to cover half the costs for a PowerPoint/data point relocation which had been changed from our Clipsal electrical meeting.
